Processing Time
Every item is made specifically for your order. Production takes 2 business days before shipping.
Shipping Time
- United States: 4-6 business days after production
- Canada, Australia, UK, and other international destinations: 8-12 business days after production
Total delivery time typically ranges from 6-8 days (US) to 10-14 days (international), depending on your location and local customs processing.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Inspection Upon Receipt — Important
To protect your right to claim a replacement or refund for manufacturing defects, we require an unboxing video recorded continuously from the moment the sealed package is opened. This video must clearly show:
- The sealed package before opening
- The unboxing process without cuts or edits
- The product and any visible defect (if applicable)
Claims for defective items without an unboxing video may not be eligible for return or exchange, as we cannot verify the condition of the item upon arrival.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window or shows no tracking movement for 10+ days, please contact us at Rin.support@gmail.com and we'll investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
